NJ Transit Payroll Collector

This is a private, single-user automation operated only for its owner's payroll records. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

The collector uses the Gmail API with the read-only gmail.readonly permission to find payroll-related messages and forwarded PDF attachments in the owner's Gmail account.

Matching messages and documents are archived privately on the owner's Raspberry Pi. PDFs are decrypted and processed locally, and verified statement results are stored in a local SQLite database. The collector cannot send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Generic operational notifications may be published through ntfy. Those notifications do not contain Google user data, payroll amounts, personal identifiers, document contents, or authentication information.
